At Pretty Lavish, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 21-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear or makeup marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through our portal to download your pre-paid return label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
